Pre-Colony History: The family arrived in the fall of 1934 from Evangeline Prairie, Louisiana.

Job in Colony: At the peanut butter plant in December 1934 Dad Gleeser was running the peanut sheller while Woodrow roasted the nuts each morning.  

Other Info: In 1934 he attended 6th grade at the colony school.
