Juanita Richter Birth: Family Information:
Daughter of Elsie and Adolph Richter. Description: Pre-Colony History: She arrived on the bus from Chicago with mother Elsie and siblings Bertha and Bobby in November of 1933. Their father arrived with a huge furniture van two hours later. Home in Colony: Job in Colony: She sometimes helped with the dishes at the Kid Kolony kitchen. Other Info: She appeared in several productions at the colony theater. Post-Colony History: Left the colony in May, 1935 -- she traveled to Chicago on the train with her father, Adolph, while her mother waited several days before leaving with little Bobby (Bertha and Fred having already departed).
