Birth: She was born in 1887 at Illinois.  

Family Information: Mother of Truman Benthall.

She married Joe Valek while living in the colony.

Job in Colony: In 1922 she was part of the laundry crew, along with Mrs. Beavers, Mr. Chappell, Mrs. Harris and Mrs. Marchick. Comrade Beavers, Sr. ran the washing machine while Mrs. Loutrel and Mrs. Newman mended the torn clothes.

Post-Colony History: In 1930 she was living in Los Angeles, California with her husband and son.

In 1940 she and Joe were still living in California.  

Death: She died in April 1942 at Los Angeles, California and was buried at the Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
