Anna Dean

Birth: She was born around 1887 in Kansas.  

Family Information: Wife of Bill Dean.

Mother of Kenneth Dean.  

Description:  

Pre-Colony History: In 1910 and 1920 she was living in Kansas with her husband and children. In 1925 she was living in Ottawa County, Kansas with her husband and children.  

Home in Colony:  

Job in Colony: In June 1931 she was doing effective work around the health home and the patients were getting on fine.

In July 1931 she was in charge of the dining room and kept things very attractive and inviting.

In November 1931 she, Nellie Bradshaw, and Mrs. Caves prepared the evening lunch. Around the same time, she and Mrs. Hewitt were helping in the sewing room, mending things brought over from the laundry.  

Other Info: In May 1932 she was showing some improvement after a nervous break and it was hoped, on the way to recovery.
