Son of Robert H. and Cora Mae Emry. Description: Pre-Colony History:
In 1920 he was living in Iowa with his parents. In 1930 he was living in Montana with his mother. Home in Colony: Job in Colony: In 1932 he worked in a variety of jobs -- in February he was bedding sweet potatoes in the hot beds; in March he was working at the ice plant where he and Paul Bradshaw worked the shift from 7 AM to 3 PM. He also did garden work on the Briggs place. In April he was working at the sheet-iron works, making trash cans. He was doing a mighty good job of saving useable parts from cars thrown on the discard pile.
