Lucille Roe

Birth: She was born around 1924 in Nebraska.  

Family Information: Daughter of Ben Roe and Florence (Roe) Hamel.

Sister of Robert, Warren, Walter and Frances Roe.

Her father later married Mary Halahan and she became step-sister of Joe Blackshear.

Her mother later married Alfred Hamel and she became step-sister of Margaret Hamel.

Other Info: In 1932, she became a Nature Guardian of Louisiana when she agreed to protect the birds, flowers, trees and other natural resources of the state against wanton destruction.
